Ready to challenge Redmi 5A, Amazon has come up with the 10.or D smartphone in the Indian market, which starts at an intriguing price of Rs 4,999. The smartphone will go on sale from January 5 onwards on Amazon India. Interestingly, the Prime customers of Amazon receive an extra warranty of one year. Apart from 10.or D, Amazon has launched two more products – 10.or E and 10.or G, which are on sale at Amazon India store.
Specifications
The device looks great with respect to its specifications as it runs on Android 7.1.2 and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor with an Adreno 308 GPU. It carries a 5.2-inch HD display and an impressive fingerprint rear sensor, which can unlock the device in just 0.2 seconds. Although, it has thick bezels on the top, still its features are quite alluring at such a low price such as the 3,500mAh battery, which offers about10 hours of continuous web browsing and around 25 hours of talk time with a battery life of two days. Nonetheless, the specifications have a striking resemblance to the base model of Xiaomi Redmi 5A.
Camera
In terms of camera, the smartphone is quite promising at this range. It sports a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel of front camera. Even the connectivity features are appealing with 3.5mm headphone jack, dual nano-SIM, GPS, micro-USB, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
The smartphone also carries some preloaded apps such as Kindle and Prime Video from Amazon and is available in two variants. The first one includes 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage while the second one has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. The smartphone is also backed with MicroSD card. All the features having similarity with Redmi 5A makes it quite clear that this smartphone from Amazon is going to steal Xiaomi customer base.
