Micromax is back with another smartphone after the launch of Bharat 5 smartphone in the early days of December, which is comprised of a massive 5000mAh battery. It even announced the Canvas Infinity Pro, a handset with an aspect ratio of 18:9 very recently. The inclusion of Micromax Bolt Q3001 in the list on the company’s official site has made it evident that very soon this smartphone will get unveiled. Unfortunately, it won’t be available in Indian market as the company has no intention of releasing it in India, since it has been designed for international markets only.
Specifications
This smartphone from the Indian electronics manufacturer is based on Android Marshmallow out-of-the-box and has an inbuilt storage of 32GB with 4GB of RAM. The device as claimed by Micromax has 200 hours of standby time and includes a 1400mAh battery. It sports a 4-inch TFT display and runs on a 1.2GHz Spreadtrum SC773 quad-core chipset. As far as the look is concerned the Micromax Bolt Q3001 carries a 4-inch TFT display and has a colour depth of 16.7 million colours. This is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device from Micromax and encompasses many productivity apps and Opera Max games. The apps such as Hotstar, Housing, Quickr, Snapdeal, Askme, Chaatz, Reverie, Clean Master, Dr. Safety, News Hunt, and Paytm are included in Micromax Bolt Q3001 with the other Opera Max games out of the box.
Camera
As far as the camera is concerned, the smartphone carries a 5-megapixel sensor at the rear of 4x zoom and a front camera of a 2-megapixel. Other than this, the device also has an expandable memory of 32GB via microSD card and 4GB of RAM. With respect to the connectivity, the Micromax Bolt Q3001 includes Bluetooth, FM radio, GPS, 3G and Wi-Fi. With a weight of 111.5 grams, this smartphone from Micromax has dimensions of 125.5×64.5×10.7mm and other sensors such as a proximity sensor, accelerometer and ambient light sensor. Nothing much is known about its price and availability, but certainly it is a good option if priced at a lower price.
