- Redmi 5 Plus from Xiaomi is all set to woo users with Dual cameras
- The device will be carrying a bezel-free display
- Redmi 5 Plus to have a rear dual-LED flash and fingerprint scanner
Xiaomi is prepared to end this year on a positive note and that is why there are rumors that it will be unveiling Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus soon. The GizChina reported this news after which a Weibo user shared the first render of the Xiaomi flagship device Redmi 5 Plus. The good news for the dual camera loving consumers is that this handset device is all set to come out with the dual cameras along with a dual-LED flash on the rear side of the smartphone. Furthermore, the smartphone will also come with the fingerprint scanner and an aspect ratio of 18:9 display.
Although the front appearance of the handheld device is unique and different from Remi Note 4, the overall design of the Note has been retained in Redmi Note 5. Undoubtedly, the 18:9 ratio is going to give it a taller screen, thereby giving a stiff challenge to OnePlus 5T and HTC Ocean Harmony that will be launched soon too. This display feature will also bring the smartphone in the league of other devices with 18:9 display such as Vivo V7+, Oppo F5 and Honor 9i.
Redmi 5 Plus Specifications
Entailing an aspect ratio of 18:9 with either High Definition or Full High Definition view highlights that the Chinese company is going to give its rivals a hard time. Not much of the specifications are known at this point of time, but one thing is expected that the device will be powered by Snapdragon 625 or Snapdragon 630 chipset. Interestingly, it will also be paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage while running on the recently released Xiaomi’s MIUI 9 over the top of Android Nougat. The MIUI 9 has already created a sensation among the users with the launch of Redmi Y1 due to its accelerated playback and optimized thread scheduling.
