Earlier speculated Nubia NX59J (or Nubia Z17s) with a bezel-less design and quad camera setup is expected to launch on October 12 in an event in Shenzhen, China. The teaser of the image surfaced a couple of days back that showcased dual camera setup on both front and back, similar to the speculated Huawei smartphone.
However, Nubia’s current flagship device, Z17 houses a bezel-less display, but the new device is said to be beyond just bezel-less as it is expected to come with an 18:9 aspect ratio, a technology introduced by LG can now be seen in various flagship devices from different OEMs. The 18:9 aspect ratio provides max out on a display real estate without increasing the width and weight of the device. The company had earlier confirmed that it has been working on a device with an 18:9 aspect ratio display, and photos of what were leaked last week.
The Nubia NX59J is rumoured, which is monikered as Nubia Z17s (which is likely to be its official name) was spotted last week passing through TENAA. The listings give a strong hint the Nubia NX59J (or the Nubia Z17s) will the phone that will be launched by Nubia on October 12.

23 days agoSpecifications of Nubia Z17s include a 5.2-inch bezel-less display with an aspect ratio of 18:9, 6GB RAM and an internal storage of 64GB. It will be powered by an octa-core processor and will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The biggest highlight of the phone is that it will feature quad camera setup with dual 16-megapixel camera sensor at the back and dual 13-megapixel camera sensor on the front. The battery capacity is expected to be 3100mAh.
There is no official statement regarding the specifications or name of the device at this point, and it is recommended to take the speculations with a pinch of salt.
