A few months back, the Finnish multinational company launched its latest flagship phone, the Nokia 8. Even though it is too early to talk about another launch from Nokia, the rumor mill has it that the company is already working on its next flagship smartphone Nokia 9. The Nokia 9 is expected to be launched at the beginning of 2018.
Several leaks about the upcoming Nokia 9 are already floating across the web-world and we do have a clear idea how the smartphone might look based on some CAD files.
Recently few images of the Nokia 9’s back cover were leaked by the Chinese news platform IT home, pointing towards a vertical dual camera setup and a fingerprint sensor at the rear.
It is evident from the covers that the Nokia 9 will feature a power button along with the volume controls on the right side of the smartphone and there will be a 3.5mm headphone jack at the top.
According to a report from GizmoChina, the microphone along with the Type-C USB port will be placed at the bottom.Looking at the cover, we could easily make out that the Nokia has made some design changes to the overall looks of the Nokia 9. We could expect a metal unibody design along with curved edges and rounded corners as seen on the leaked covers.

3 days agoPreviously there were rumors that the Nokia 9 will run on Android Nougat 7.1.1 and will feature a 5.3-inch QHD display with a resolution of 1440 X 2560p. It will be powered by a Qualcomm 835 processor.
In addition to that, the Nokia’s new smartphone might come in two different variants, one with 6GB RAM /128GB Internal storage or 8GB RAM/128GB internal storage. It is also expected to feature IP68 dust and water resistance. There are chances that Nokia 9 might come with wireless charging.
If we talk about the price of this smartphone, it should cost around 750 Euros (approximately INR 58,000). However, all of the above information is based on speculations and rumors. We are awaiting Nokia for any official news about the Nokia 9.
