Xiaomi is not going to take the back seat at any cost and that is why it is always taking steps to keep the interest of its consumers intact. This time again it has come up with another idea, immediately after the price cut of Mi A1, which is now available at Rs. 13,999, to retain its strength in the Indian market. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer is rolling out Android Oreo to Mi A1 beta testers. Undoubtedly, Xiaomi is not giving users any excuse to opt for other smartphones such as Vivo V5, which has recently been lowered in price and is now available at Rs. 15,990.
The metal unibody designed smartphone Mi A1 from Xiaomi was lauded by many as a good option for users in this range, barring the poor low light photography. As of now, there have been no major complaints related to this device and users are enjoying its Corning Gorilla Glass protected 5.5-inch FullHD display. The Xiaomi Mi A1 is a device that is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon Octa Core 625 processor and has 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage capacity that can be expanded further via microSD card. Even its dual rear camera setup has appeared to be alluring to the consumers with 2x optical zoom and dual flash other than 12MP camera. The 5MP selfie camera is not very intriguing, but not a bad option in this range.
Giving a premium feeling to users with its rounded edges, Mi A1 has been embraced by users. Now, the company is keeping up to its promise by introducing a beta update. As per the GSMArena report, the Android Oreo beta update will be carrying December Android security patch and its size will be 1104MB. Since the time of its launch, Mi A1 has improved a lot. It is now available at a low rate and faster fingerprint sensor. Definitely, Xiaomi is giving a hard time to its counterparts.
