Galaxy A5 2018 With the reports of the Samsung working on next year’s flagship models, Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+, the company is also reported to be working on a few mid-range and budget devices as well including the Galaxy A7 2018 and Galaxy J5 Prime 2017. Now a new report has surfaced revealing that Samsung is working on the 2018 model of Galaxy A5. Few renders have also surfaced on the web revealing the design of the phone.
Recent leak by SamMobile showcased the design of the upcoming Galaxy A5 2018. The phone appears to house an Infinity display as we have seen on the Galaxy S8 which was launched by the company earlier this year. The present model of the Galaxy A5 is placed under mid-range segment. The leaked render suggests that with the new phone, Samsung may unveil a bezel-less smartphone in its mid-range lineup. The display is expected to come with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and have curved edges as seen the on Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus.
The position of the fingerprint scanner remains at the back of the device. The power button has been placed on the right side while the volume rocker and Bixby button has been placed on the left panel of the phone. The image show phone under a transparent Olixar case that reveals back panel of the phone and suggests an all-metal back design.

29 days agoThe present year’s A5 was launched during the Consumer Electronics Show CES which brings us to the conclusion that the company may launch the new version of A7 during CES 2018. The upcoming phone has already received Wi-Fi certification after passing through the FCC. The existing model of the phone is priced at Rs 28,990 and the new model is expected to be priced somewhere around 32,000.
Other features include enhanced camera with low-light optimisation and simplified UX along with a Food mode. As intrigued as we are, it is very difficult to wait for a bezel-less phone in the mid-range smartphone segment.
